Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Regulation 14 requires that, before submitting a Neighbourhood Plan proposal to the local planning authority for examination, a formal 6-week public consultation on the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan must be carried out.
This consultation took place for the Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan from 4 July 2018 to 15 August 2018.

All the Regulation 14 consultation feedback was considered, sentenced and, where agreed, included in revisions to the QNP before it was submitted to AVBC on 9 November 2018 for their "Regulation 16" public consultation and independent examination.
